Haresh Ratnagrahi has spent 30+ years designing and managing sophisticated financial transactions, mega-size M&A deals and corporate strategic decisions and working with senior management at several companies. He has successfully led corporate turnarounds to profitability, re-engineered several corporate functions to re-align with revised corporate strategy, provided senior leadership and guidance, managed key investor relations on the Indian stock exchange and managed high-level relationships with prominent top-10 investments banks and equity analysts.
